So What Wednesday

So what if...

I really want to do sleep training...but I'm too lazy right now.

I turn up the music loud when A is crying/screaming in the car. And I open my window. Gotta do what we gotta do to get home safe!

I never want to take A to sleep anywhere other than home again....her sleep gets totally f'd up no matter where we go!

I go to Indigo and read books and drink coffee but buy nothing. Just need to get out of the house sometimes!

I was on a good roll with going to the gym 3x a week...but I've lost my fire. I just don't care right now. I'm tired. I'm lazy.

I'm burned out doing my masters course...I got my husband to do 2 of the questions for me on my most recent assignment (he has a phd in math so my masters stuff is easy for him!)

I'm really really tired. But too lazy/tired to do sleep training....wtf....

I'm totally disgusted that we got 5-10 cm of snow today! Nice.

I love when people tell me my daughter looks like a mini-me....I'm glad she looks way more like me than my husband!

Thats it for now! I'm tired so I'm going to go stare at the TV while bouncing little A on my hip!

  1. I feel the same way about sleep training- i'm too lazy/tired to even find out HOW to do it. Let me know if you find out about a good method. And I agree about sleeping away from home-- HARD!

I wish I had a TV about now! Bouncing a baby while staring out the window just doesn't pass the time as well!

  2. I'm with on rolling down the windows when the baby is screaming! I hate those drives so much!

  3. I hope spring comes soon! No snow here but it's freezing outside.

  4. I did sleep training once when I had a 3 day weekend and it really did help. The first night was the worst. Then baby got a couple of ear infections and she fell back into old habits and I too don't have the energy to do the sleep training again...even though I know it will only take 1-2 nights...but they will be some looooooong nights. I'm thinking I'm going to give it another try over Spring Break and since she'll be 6 months old, she should be more than ready.

  5. Hey, you do what you have to do...I do the same with my little one when she's screaming in the backseat.

    ANd yeah...I was WAY too lazy/tired to do sleep training too. {sigh}

  6. I feel ya on the sleep training...I know I gotta do it eventually, but right now we co sleep and we actually GET to sleep. When I start putting her in the crib, sleep will be elusive for awhile. Sigh.

Me too on the working out also. Just not feeling it. Oh well.

I'd be annoyed about the snow too. I'm so over winter.

    Happy Wednesday!!!
